I received three calls myself and called them back this morning. Gene Jones was the person (or claimed to be) who proceeded to threaten me with legal action and said they would "drag me from work or home" to court and also named someone I knew. I then proceeded to ask for dates of transactions, etc. and asked them to send me so****ing in writing. I asked what fax number they had on file and they stated "that's none of your concern". This is utter bs and please do not fall for it. I then proceeded to report them to both my banking ins***ution, The FBI, as well as The Federal Trade Commission. I have also put a fraud alert on my credit report as this is an iden***y theft issue.  I called them back and notified the person who answered that this is fraud and they are under investigation. I hope these theives get caught.

I s****ed receiving calls from 619-863-***2 on Tuesday, April 20th and "Jason Smith" even called my work today, Friday, April 23rd. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and also called the local police.

They cotinue to call me at home!! I wonder how these people got my information! They are very nasty and said i owe the $843!! This Bull **** needs to stop they are very unprofessional!! These people called me today and said the same things to me. I called them and got to someone that barely spoke english and was very irriate when I asked to speak with the company that was charging me with this and I would have to pay them 896.36. They could not give me a contact number for the company or anything. IThey also told me if I didn't pay they would charge me and I would have to come up with 5000 to 6000 court costs. If you get this call it is a scam and dont give them any money. I am reporting this number to the FTC.

They have been call my cell and work number...threatning with an attorney...when asked what this was about, they gave a reference number and was alarmed that I have not heard anything. Then I was transferred to an Attorney "Jackson Jenkins" (which sounded weird because his accent did not match his name".  Then when asked for details of this matter he stated that he would have to read so****ing and divoulge my SS#, I said wait what is this about, I am not giving my SS# nor do i want you repeating it over the phone.  Then he mumbled so****ing and ***g up.  I keep calling back but get voicemail or ***g up on...I am contacting the Better Business Bureau Consumer Protection department.

This is a SCAM company claiming that i owe to a pay day loan. they can kiss my a** ang go to*****. i am reporting to FTC.

could not understand a word this person said.  only thing I did understand was he claimed his name was John Smith.  WHATEVER!!  he had such an accent there is no way his name was John Smith.

I GOT THE SAME CALL TODAY ON MY JOB PHONE AND HOME,CELL I NEED TO FIND OUT WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE

I had a man by the name of Dean Jones called me and told me that he was with a law firm.  He stated that I owed a debt for a payday loan and that if I did not pay it they would file a claim a***nst me in court and come to my work and arrest me.  I could not get any information out of them at all.  I have tried to call back to the number and his voice mail is full and it said that it was an error.I have not paid them any money and will not.  I asked him to send me proof of the debt and he got very irritated.  This is the second or third time that they have contacted me concerning this debt.  They do not speak english and become very mad if you ask to speak to someone that can speak english so that you can understand what they are calling about.He probably told me the name of the company and I don't remember.

They called me too but scary thing is they had a lot of my information already.  Not sure how they got it.  Claimed to be a law office and that I owed them $745 but with legal fees and all it was now 5443.  If I did not pay today they would send a cop to arrest me and take me to the court house.  I tried to ask questions but they are hateful.  They dont speak english well so when I told him I wanted to speak to someone who spoke better english he said it was my fault cause he was speaking english.  Anyway, I called my bank and closed my acct.  Wish there was a way to get a hold of these people and send them to court.  This is ridiculous threatning people like this.  They told me that if I did not pay then my boss would have to and they would contact him in the morning.  Crazy!  i have tried calling them back and now they **** up on me.

Be aware of this phone # 619-863-***2. These people are scam artists, they are not a debt collection agency or an attorneys office like they claim. So do not give them any type of information about yourself.They will try to threaten you, so be careful and send them to*****.

Calls claiming I owe money on an old payday loan, stating if I dont pay around 900 they will take me to court for check fraud.
