Mental Health Hospital Is this number part of a hospital chain?

I have heard of this person but never met him. I do not know why it is showing up as having a phone at my property unless he had a cell phone for my granddaughter. She was placed in his daughters custody for Foster Care. Other than that I have never met the man.
