Christie I received a call advising she was calling form TMobile customer service and wanted to****ure my plan was working for me, etc.

This is supposed to be me?! Wrong! Not my photo! Wrong last name! Come on!!

I****ume this is a teleparketer since the search indicates no info.

Must be a telemarketer since "search" indicates no info.

anon Called be past 8pm, refused to tell me who they were or speak with a manager until I gave them my name and birth date, then asked me how I'm supporting myself when I told them I have no income to pay whatever they wanted me to pay. Three laws broken right there. Woman was a snarky ***** about everything. This is not a legitimate collections agency, if they were they HAVE to tell you so before you give them information, besides the fact that real ones have 800 numbers.

Hate these calls I have a few missed calls. I believe these are also people trying to collect from Hollywood video. I got a letter in the mail from ARM solutions who is trying to collect on a video that they claimed is unreturned to Hollywood video. I actually STILL have the return receipt from 2007 of the video that they claim I never returned. I know i don't have any debt with hollywood video and i get 2 phone calls a day from these people. I have yet to answer and will continue to ignore their calls.
