This guy Micheal or Mike Riley keeps calling me telling me that I am being persued for a legal matter and that I have papers waiting to be served Also to call a lawyer and handle the claim. Very persistant and rude!!

Caller stated I had been entered in a drawing to win $1000 in a drawing to be held next month. Additionally I had won a weekly drawing for free carpet cleaning. Advised caller that I have too much furniture to move around she replied, "don't worry they will will get under/around everything". I stated "I don't want a bunch of guys coming into my house moving heavy furniture around". Caller then stated if I would be interested in a free MP3 player to have demo of a Kirby vacuum cleaner. I replied OK, but doubt they will show up since this whole call sounds bogus and they're up to no good.

Get multiple calls everyday from "Eagle American" I block them and they call the next day from another similar number...

Got a call this morning.

If someone calls my house and I don't recognize the number such as this one, I answer with county morgue, can I help you--that usually stops the calls.

We have had 3 calls from this number.  They have us as "winning" a drawing.  THe last person to call me was "Martha" and she was actually very polite.  She said we were entered by being a homeowner or renter in the area and the person who entered us was "Lee Stallas"  I asked to be put on the do not call list and informed her that they were violating the law by calling me.

Jim Phone rings and no message left. Phone rings, I answer, no one speaks. I call the number and it rings,rings no answer nor voice mail pickup.

Eagle American?? They have called sooooo many times, I forgot what they were selling. We have asked each time to take us off their list, with no results, they still insist on calling us! With our caller ID, I have counted 11 times. One of the calls I yelled in the phone to stop calling, with deaf ears, the girl was still saying good morning! How do we get rid of these people?? Every year we file with the "donotcall." which I think is a farce.

Surprise AZ Received call from 623-240-4004. Caller stated I'd been entered into a drawing... I interupted and said not interested. Caller said it didn't matter because I was already entered into drawing so she has to complete her call. I ***g up and redialed the number because the area code was local, it would not go through so I checked online and found your site, thanks for explaining telemarketers new angle.

Who owns this number?

623-240-4046 shows as Eagle American.  They're TELEMARKETERS, which is Illegal when on the Don't Call list.  They just keep calling... 'Oh*****o, and how are you today? We have so****ing I think you'll be interested in.'Do a Search for 'Eagle American' and basically turn up nothing...except a Life Ins. Co and a Realty Co.  Could be either of those, as we never wait to hear their Sales s***ch.  **** up way before that.
