Got a text asking if my item was still for sell. As alwasys, spelling was bad and they cut an pasted the add into the text message.

Same story as the rest. Contacted me about an item I was selling and wanted to pay by check, then have a shipping company pick up the item. Classic scam where they send you a fake check to get your info or stuff for free, leaving you with a bounced check to cover

Sent me a txt asking to buy my stuff for sale on craigslist. Wanted to mail me a check then have a delivery service pick the items up. It's the same scam as those old emails that send you phoney checks and take your stuff.

Tried to buy my trailer with a check and then the shipping service would pick it up.
