I amswered and it was a recorded voice that s****ed to say "this call is in regards to your credit card..." then the line disc

Called back and continued busy signal.

They called me and after pressing 1 to accept the option to lower my interest rate and getting a live person, they asked if I wanted to do that and I said, I'm not sure which card you are referring to at which time they ***g up. I'm a little nervous that I even selected an option and wonder if I'm going to have a charge on my cell bill now???...
