Scam collections!

Carol is no longwe with this collection agency - Arizona Collections or Collections USA.   It is now Marlene.  She definitely is extremely **** in personality.  She is nasty, and I'm sure doesn't like her job.  She has NO customer s****s and her main intent is to intimidate you.  She should really find another job that will make her happier as the negativity is poisoning her at***ude.
