Leave a CommentCalling about an auto loan I applied for.
Not a Complaint...i got two "missed" messages last night from 623-715-7314... turns out it WAS legitimate... it WAS usaa... my husband had called our loan processor (we're buying a house, using usaa as our bank) and left her a voice mail... she called back on MY cell phone, and the phone # it came in on was the 623 area code #. she left a voice mail w/ a different return #... my guess is that the 623-715-7314 # is the # they call out on; and, it must be from a p***nix-based operation.
Yep, it is USAA. Calling about an auto policy I cancelled. The number is the primary of an auto-dialing system from their call center. If they have no operators available when the call is placed, you get silence when you answer the phone. Also, the auto-dialer does not leave messages.
USAA flood insurance renewal--glad they reminded me, it had expired and I was in the grace period.
USAA Calling back on a loan application I have in with them
This number has called me at 5am 7am and 8am this Sa****ay morning. I have no idea who it is but when I did a search on the number all these fraud alerts popped up.
They are the best freaking bank ever. Ever tried calling them and explaining your situation? They fixed all my problems in about ten minutes just because I called and said hey I haven't gotten a paycheck from the army in 3 months so I can really afford to pay y'all right now. They took all of my debt to them and made it an extra $20 a month for 2 years so that I can keep them and my insurance.
hardly one of the good guys. You fall behind with them more than 30 days, they instantly lock you out not only from web bill pay, but also from online banking, which they call a "privilege". How does a bank with no ***nches that exists solely online expect you to function if they cut off access to your money? They don't! Because when you hit 45 days they automatically pull it from your account with no call, no e-mail, no warning whatsoever. So don't tell me they're a "good guy". The only good banks are small community credit unions that understand unemployment, underemployment, and the struggle many of us have. I'm a good man that had a **** job for over a year. You get behind. It's called grace, USAA, and I'm pretty sure you can afford that!
USAA called me to update me on product c****es... Im not behind on my bill or anything, and that is what the message said was product services
For those complaining, this is the best bank you've got. Try falling behind with USBank, Chase, BofA, or one of the other commercial banks. These are the good guys. I'll suffer with the auto-dialer until I'm caught up on my bills.
USAA updating their info on my account and asking if i was interested in more products.
General number that shows up on caller ID that USAA uses to show that they called.
Claimed he was from USAA and needed to update my info. Didn't give him any info. FRAUD!!! I called USAA (my insurance company)to report it.
Calls from this number come in every two hours on my business cell phone. I have no idea who or what USAA is. I'm ready to toss my phone in a lake.
USAA, not collections. Left a voicemail stating that they were calling to offer new financial products that I've not signed up for yet.
Very annoying....this number is for USAA auto loan collections. God forbid, I'm 7 days past due on my September payment. I'm drawing unemployment so I have to juggle some of my bills during the month to ensure everyone gets paid even if it's a little late. I believe this is an auto dialer calling but it has been calling at least 3 times a day. I don't really care to talk to anyone because I will pay it once I get the money. I don't want to listen to a phone collector trying to increase a sense of urgency on a 7 day past due bill. It will be paid next week sometime....gimme a break.
Claims to be collector for USAA. Phone number appears on ID without any identification, so the person could be running a fraud business.
It's USAA collections, just told them that I'm filing bankruptcy. They were 150k short on a hurricane damage on our house and caused us to go into bankruptcy. www.usaa****s.com
You people have been calling me constantly MORE LIKE HARRASSING for the past month. I answer and ***ody says anything you guys just **** up or you will just call long enough for my phone to ring 2 times. I do not have any credit cards nor do I have a mortgage. When I call back there is no way to talk to somebody directly. STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!
called me at 7am this morning. no message. definitely USAA. i'm behind on my auto insurance bill.
This is also USAA's Food Insurance Service number. This is a legit business number. Yay..!! no scams.
Quit calling 713-501-1609
On caller ID but wasn't home to answer - USAA is my ins carrier and I have a USAA savings bank acct, but no credit card and no money owed. Unless they're trying to reach my son who left home almost a year ago since he has two credit accts with USAA but he's never been a deadbeat so I'm not sure why they're calling.
It's also USAA Home Mortgage - if you are applying for a mortgage or already have a mortgage in process this is the number they will call you from.My mortgage agent calls from this number.
This number is from USAA's Credit Card Services. How do I know? They are calling me because I havent paid my bill.
