Always dead air and when you call back you get this weird breathy voicemail saying they're unavailable.

Missed call from a number I don't recognize, on Feb 11th 2010 at 3:33pm

My letter came with my address 'hand written' on the envelope and no return address.  The offer was the same; Round trip airfare for two up to $1299 plus $100 dining gift card.  The letter was signed Beth Jensen from the Travel Awards Division.  The company name is not really on the letter; there is a logo that looks like a small u and a small n (like un).  I simply typed Beth Jensen Travel Awards Division and found all of you.  Thanks goodness...the husband was sounding like he was going to bite on this one.  BTW, it has reached Philadelphia now (still coming from August, GA).

"Aaron" stated that he wanted to let me know about the update to our merchant service account.  WOW that's amazing - because we don't accept credit cards.  Needless to say - I ***g up.

Scam caller!!!!

No message left

Received a call from this number with a guy telling me that I have been upgraded from a 5 tier to a 2 tier credit card proccessing fee level. He stated that he was contacting me for VISA. I don't do any credit card proccessing with my business??? He also didn't tell me who he was with.

Got calls from them.

PithyOpine This "person" called me once every minute, at least six times in a row. They were able to leave a message each time, but there was only a single beep on the other end, beeping at about once every two seconds. I answered one of them-- ***ody on the other end-- just the beeps. I don't know what this person is trying to do, but if you see this name and number on your caller ID, don't even bother picking it up, and hope that you don't get "phone spammed"!

Sally Could tell this guy was not official to begin with. He called himself "James." I do have two different merchant services accounts with two different companies, but they would never just call and say "I'm calling from Merchant Services." They would say "I'm calling from 'Example Name' Merchant Services."  However, he did have the personal name on the account, so that is a little freaky.  Beware! If you are concerned at all about a phone call you get about Merchant Services, **** up and call the number on your statement first before you give out any information.

Jim The company is FinancialHelp Network.  It is a BS way to get you to call them back.  Just call them, listen to the prompts and they have a prompt to have your info removed from their database.  Not sure if this will work yet.My phone that they called is on the DO-NOT -CALL registry, which I thought they had to scrub their database a***nst by law...
