who is calling me from this number

Has anyone gotten a call from this number? same people that called me from 646-525-4064 supposed to be from the Department of Crime Prevention and now they are using a different number, they called me from 623-889-0816.  Same person! dont know how they got all my personal information but I told them they were fraud and to stop harrassing me. They called me at work and at my cell.

This number is calling my house as well

I answered the phone and repeatedly said*****o. I stayed on for 30 seconds and no one ever talked.
