First of all, they called my brother in another state and said that a claim had been filed a***nst me, that I needed to call this number back with the claim number before the action was finalized.

Private number called about a complaint. scammer knew personal information to include birthday, Last 4 ssn and county of residence.

Calls about a complaint but no info on company

Called from a restricted number, stated they were a "firm" did not say anything about which firm. Stated that I had an official complaint a***nst me

I did not answer - and they never leave a message. But they called more than 12 times today

Calling for a Frank Schumake case #226193, calls from a restricted number but leaves this number in the voice mail. Person reads from a specific script, never gives the name of the law firm they work for, they just say "the firm."
