These people are Sick! They call and harrass me saying i took out an online loan, which i would never! They have left multiple messages on my cell phone saying they will take legal action and that i will be sorry if i dont pay them the debt, they have threatened me and everything. I even had them calling my work place today! This is ridiculous and has got to be stopped!

This number 626-227-0276 has been calling my girlfriend up to 20 times in one day. They are claiming that she took out an online cash advance loan and she better pay them or "so****ing bad is going to happen to her!" She has never taken out any loan, especially on the internet. They told her for $200 they can write off the loan. She cannot figure out how they got all of her information. If anybody has anymore information on this please contact me at [email protected]. I work for the goverment and have daily interactions with FBI agents who are willing to help.

My story is the same as everyone else.  I made the mistake of taking a payday loan on line and ever since then I've had 4 or 5 of these idiots calling and harrassing me.  They constantly call my home at all hours of the morning, day, and night.  They have called my boss at work and my 2 references that I had used for the payday loan.  They all say exactly the same thing and sound like they are reading off a script.  When they called my boss, they said they had proof that I had written a bad company check to them and that they were going to sue my boss, and my company (I work for a school district where all checks require 2 signatures).  My boss told them to fax her the proof, which of course they never did, because there was no proof.  My boss googled the phone number and she is the one who found out that this is a total scam.  They try to intimidate people and scare them into paying money.    My boss had me call the police.  I filed a police report but the police said without a physical address there wasn't much they could do.  They said most of these s***bags are operating out of India (which would account for the horrible accent).  Not sure what can be done to stop these *****s but if anyone has any ideas, I'd love to try them.  I am sick and tired of the harrassment!!!!  No one deserves to be treated and harrassed like this.  They need to be stopped.

MORE INFORMATION IS THAT THEY ALSO SCAM A FINANCIAL EDUCATION PHONE NUMBER AND **** UP UNLESS THERE IS THE SPECIFIC PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR.  ANYONE GET THE SAME NUMBER OF 727-260-5510?

Yes, I have the same situation wherein a Dexter Brown calls my home phone.  Threatening... attorney general said it is a fraud to obtain your bank account information and remove funds.  It is totally a scam and I threatened the individual and told them that I worked for the attorney's office that sues specific persons such as theirself.  I got a payday loan and it was paid off already. This checking account that they used was also closed due to fraud.  If the continued to call me and harass me, my boss would be in touch with their boss.  They c****ed the number for caller ID answering purposes.... I called the same number back since they left a message and when I tried to call them back... there was a fast busy signal which means it was disconnected.  **** better not call me.... or ELSE he will defiintely get into trouble for unfair fraudulent business practices wherein he can be sued.

they call me at work and say i owe for a payday loan i got on line .which is not true. i was already paying the people. and they say i need to write a letter saying i would make payment arrange and is name was dave WASTON I WOULD HAVE TO pay 5000 to get out of jail thank god for the attorney calling me back and telling me to to this web site.

SOMEONE JHAS BEEN HARASSING ME AT MY JOB PLACEI CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND ASK FOR DEXTER BROWN.THE PERSON ACCENT WAS SO BAD UNTIL I OCULDNT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS SAYING.hE DUD SAY HE WAS GOING TO SEND THE POLICE TO MY HOUSE BUT NEVER TOLD ME WHY..I TURNED THE INFO OVER TO ATTY GENERAL OFFICE.HE DID SAY SOMEYTHING ABOUT A PAYDAY LOAN. I FILED BK SO IT WAS INCLUDED IN THAT. I CALLED THE PLACE WHRE I GOT THE LOAN AND THEY NEVER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE BK. SO THEY ASK ME TO PAY $100.00 AND IT WOULD BE WRITTEN OFF.SO I SENT A WESTERN UNION AND I BETTER NOT HERE FORM THIS CO A***N.

Called and asked if I knew a certain person (that I happen to know) and then he said that he was calling me because that person listed me as a reference for a loan. He said that person owes like $5,000 and that if I don't notify this person that he/she needs to call them then they would come to my home or workplace and arrest me along with this person. He left a callback number of 626-227-0276. I called the number back (which I have showed up on my callerID as either 781-382-1928 or 781-382-1928) and I couldn't even understand the first person who answered the phone the accent was so thick. She transferred me to this "Dave" guy who I then argued with and told him that I knew it was a scam and that he need not call me a***n. He is not a debt collector or he would have read me the standard debt collector's rights before even speaking to me about the details of his call. I wish I could show up at his "workplace" and arrest him! I was told by the person for whom they claim to be calling about that somehow these people obtained her information from an unsecure website. My name and phone number were released, but supposedly they do not have my address. Which I suppose is a comfort.

Other number 781-382-1922 / Called very harsh accent, I'm sure from India...they said that they will wish me luck if I choose not to return the call as the situation will unfold. I do not owe anyone $ never had an online debt or even borrowed money from anyone EVER! I don't know how they got my information but this ****s!
