And they don't pay their bills either - they left our company with $5,257.70 tab of unpaid bills. They promise to help you with your finances, but can't manage their own! Sounds like they take the money and run. C****ed their name to JP Accelerated, 810 N. Apollo Blvd., Melbourne, FL  32935.

So, Carrie, you agree that the phone calls are annoying ("Not only will the annoying phone calls stop,...") but the only way to stop them is to "listen to what they offer! " because "Not only will the annoying phone calls stop, but you will save alot of money in the long run. The one time fee that they charge is nothing compared to what they save you." So let me get this straight...pay $749.00 for their service and the phone calls will stop and you will SAVE money? How is it possible to pay $749.00 in order to save money? Help me here, it doesn't make any sense. How much money do you actually owe? How long is this run anyway? Oh boy, girl if you owe so much money that by paying $749.00 you save so much more, I have to ask how did you get in this mess? If you are that flaky and out of control, should anybody really take advice from you?

My brother has asked for a refund because the company charged his credit card after he had told them that he couldn't afford to do  this for two more weeks and asked them to call him back at that time. he is on disability and the $800 cdn that was charged to his credit card is over half of his monthly disability allowance. because of their actions, my brother is in a worse financial situation now than he was before they called. why won't they refund his money and accept the fact that he does not want to use their services?

It has been a pleasure dealing with JPM services. My financial advisor is one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I can tell that he genuinely cares about saving me money.

We have a legit Do Not Call list that you can request to be put on, however the calls do not always stop immediately. Yes****ay, someone from their s****ed to swear and yell at me when I asked her to remove me from her list.  I did some sear****g and was given the above number to call. So far, nothing today and I hope it stays that way.

To 'Hardworker 101' 17 March 2009My concern is not that you provide a beneficial service or not.  That can be debated by others.  My complaint is that these calls to me are simply illegal.  If you call in Ca***a, you must adhere to Ca***ian laws.  We have a do-not-call list that is available to you, and our law is that you may not call these numbers.Simply comply with our rules and stay off my back.  (Please note; I did not say please!)

While it doesn't help keep them off my phone (cell, no less), I sure get a LOT of satisfaction:I keep a list of free, sign-up-here-and-we'll-call-you services (insurance quotes, MLM stuff, office supplies, etc).  They sure come in handy.When one of these lowlifes refuses to stop calling, I google the number until I find the company name - usually on one of these lists.  Then, I google the name until I find a physical address, reverse-search the address until I find a local number, and - voila - I have what I need to fill out all manner of 'call me' requests.  Just choose a department and a name to go with the address and phone, and keep their landline busy until kingdom come, or they c****e their landline number.An alternative is to use their 800/866/877 numbers, because they get charged for EVERY incoming call on those things.  It just doesn't look as legit as a local, landline number.  But then, considering who we're dealing with here, it's all good.They may have s****ed this little game, but if we all do this - each and every time - they WILL find another game to play.  :)

626-273-8276 is where my call comes from every single day.  They claim that this is your last and final phone call(bull **** - they call a***n) regarding your credit cards.  Just like the phone call I get every single say, with the same message....this is your last and final phone call on the warranty on your car.  It is wrong to put the fear in people that it is true and that is when people do go and speak to them and some people would get conned.  It is just wrong and I believe these national call lists are not there to help us but to just keep tabs on people.I think it is about time that home phones go to the bin, mind you I have been getting telemarkets on my cell phone as well.  What is this world coming to?

They are located;810 North Appolo Bvld,Melbourne, Florida, USA329011The callers are aggressive, rude and they try and scare you by ststing on the voice mail that your Visa or Mastercard credit card is okay now but.....Please report them to the Better Business Bureau in Ca***a and advise your credit card company.

Well ,I work here and we are licensed to do business in Ca***a,U.S,and the UK.Simply because we randomly call u feel we are fraudulent,when in fact we are not.We stick to our guarantees and help lower interest rates,we have saved people tons of money.Feel free to try or program you would love it if you have financial troubles. I know a few people who work for this company. I know you people getting called get frustrated with the calls but the people who work for them have nothing to do with the calls you get. An automated system sends the calls out and when you press one it sends the calls to them at the call center. The more you yell and cuss and are rude to them the less likely it is for them to want to help you. They are licensed to call in ca***a because they are working with visa, master card and american express, which are american companies and they have contracts with all three companys and since the LOVELY people of ca***a have those cards they do have the right to call and work with them or else they would have been closed down from the many people who think they can call the cops on them or sue them. They have saved people thousands of dollars from their credit card debt and every person who works for them has a liscense to do what they do. And to the guy Ryan, the woman must have told them she had no problem with them charging the service fee to her account or else they wouldnt do that. If a person says no they shred the information. This company is not fraud, I have a friend who works there and they are given numbers from Experian that the system auto dials and they try to help the people save money on their credit cards.

This outfit called twice today.  I have no credit problems and do not pay credit card interest.  It's not difficult to identify a scam.

There are repe***ive nuisance calls from this number supposedly about a credit problem. No information is given, and pressing "1" to "speak to a friendly customer service representative" results in dead air, followed by a busy tone.I could well do without this constant irritation, which reminds me of a poem:As I was going down the stairI met a man who wasn't there.He wasn't there a***n today.I wish that man would go away.

This number or its sobsidaries are calling at least once if not twice a day.
