Be careful this person calls introducing them self by Spectrum

Called back 20 seconds after receiving a call from this number. No answer goes straight to voice mail.

No message left at all.

Looking back at past calls he goes straight to voicemail (by passing the normal route) possibly using so****ing like Sly Dial. Left no messages today but has in the past saying a charge of $799.99 has been added to my PayPal account. So far, not true.
