Keeps calling me threatening to take me to court for two old cases from 2018, I've never took out loans in 2018

General Scam/Spam phone call. "626-559-8537 please make reference to case number. And if you would like to speak to a representative, press 1 at any time."

No company or name given on message. Like everyone else claims they have 2 pending files a***nst me but no case # given. Total Scam!

They called both my husband and I. Used my maiden name which hasn't been used in over 10 years to say I had a complaint filed a***nst me for 2 files. No file # given. scam!

It has a voice c****er, can't provide a case number and wants to verify your location.

Used a local number to contact and Threatened to contact HR department. If I didn't contact them back ASAP

Said they had two complaints about a relative and they were going to take action and go to their home or place of business.

Charges are being filed a***nst for multiple reasons and they would reach out to my county to obtain information

I called and left a voicemail threatening me with some sort of legal action I guess they wanted to tell me they were going to s**** harassing me at my work and home. I politely asked them for their address so my attorney can send the paperwork for an *****ction I intend to file on them.(my nephew is an attorney I wouldn't spend any money on this ****)

They were calling from processors office and to give them a call back today or I forfeit. They will reach out to my HR department and place of employment if matter doesnt get resolved. Then they say to reference case number: "with no numbers mentioned"

They call claiming there is a file being prepared a***nst you. They insert your name and say they are going to contact your company's hr to come and basically find you. They give you this number to call back, but no case number to reference.

received a call stating several complaints. When I tried asking the name of the company person ***g up on me

Fake legal or collections firm. Threatens you to contact them or they will go after you at home or work.

Second time they call and threatened to contact HR. I didn’t call back . They called from a Pasadena number and as well as Montebello.

This voicemail threatened to come to my home after reporting me to human services if I did not contact them asap!!...???
