I posted a message yes****ay and they tried to call me a***n twice yes****ay evening.  He just called me a***n on my cell but he blocked his number this time.  I just told him that I contacted my attorney and the FBI and they will be calling him, then I ***g up.  So far, no one has called me back.  You guys should try that.  Good luck!

I am a lawyer in Alabama and have s****ed receiving quite a few phone calls about Crime Center of America's threats and harassment.  The people whom I have spoken with tell me that a payday loan company contacts them, then they are transferred to "Crime Center of America" after being told that criminal charges are about to be filed a***nst them.  All of this is illegal behavior and is in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  I encourage you to contact a consumer lawyer in your area immediately as you are en***led to be financially compensated for this type of behavior, whether or not you owe the debt. I have received calls from this company since last year, maybe every couple of months.  The guy who sounds Arab says that he will take me to court over a payday loan that I owe.  When I request do***entation from him to prove that I owe the money, he refuses to supply anything.  Then they dissappear for a few months.  I just got a call about a half hour ago from (714) 006-6000 about the same thing, but this time he's threatening to file criminal charges a***nst me for money owed to Quick Cash Net.  I asked for his info and he said his name is Harry Jackson from Law Firm of Crime Center of America in Campbell City, CA, and gave a number of (213) 992.0685. I think this is some type of scam going because he said for me to pay the money to settle ($875) and then he will send me the paperwork, Affidavit, etc.  If they were legit, they would be able to supply the do***ents upfront.  Also, all they do is threaten to sue but never do.  PS:  Just spoke with an attorney and he said this is more than likely a scam.  If they are located in California, they can't fax or file a criminal do***ent in another state.  If they provide do***entation to prove the debt, it must not exist.  They are trying to scare people into paying them.  He said to just **** up when they call and they will move on to someone else.

Ive been receiving a total of 7 threatening calls per day,for the last 3 months,,from "James Conner" at this number,he has all me personal info,and says i have days before i have a warrent for my arrest if i fail to pay $1200 now on my debit card,or foward the case to court and pay $5000 dollars to be out of it.i know this is 100% scam because i am only 16 years old....(Not qualified For any type of loan)....we must stop them NOW,because im sure there getting people to pay them,a Gross amount Of Hard Earned Money!!!!!!!!

Just off the phone with a Indian man name Brian Walker (?) Same story as above. Quickcash.com, default on a loan, get me arrested, $5000.00, blah blah blah when I s****ed asking specific information about who he was, his phone number (which doesn't work), and what this is about he ***g up the phone.I'm smelling BS... Crime Stoppers of America don't show up on ANY web searches and the number is bogus.

I got the same call from someone who called hisself David Jones.  Terrible accent said going to be arrested

These people have called my job twice that I know of and I'm not sure who they are. This is the first I've ever heard of anything like this. I called the number back and no one answer. Not even a company name. The answering service states the person from this extention is not available and that their mailbox can not accept anymore messages. Get real. Theres no way this is a real company. The guy that called name is Andy Young and my manager says he has a very thick accent from India. I received a call last month from a different number, different person and they were calling for all kinds of personal information. I will take some of the hints from the comments above and contact the FBI and the Attorney General's Office in the state of Missouri since that's where I am.

I've been getting the same calls for several weeks now. Like everyone above, the same (or different? who knows? he has an incredibly thick accent) guy keeps calling my cell phone and my work, harrassing me. I have already notified my local FBI office about the number, and gave the agent all the details surrounding the calls. Her advice was to not give ANY personal information out, and not to agree to give any type of payments. She also mentioned that some of these callers could be linked to taking money to fund illegal acts or terrorism. If we all gang up together, and make complaints about these callers, then eventually they will be traced and we will all be left alone.

Yep must be a scam cause they keep calling our business as well.  Same bad accented guy who actually gets rather pushy about his intentions of suing, going to jail, etc.  You can hear many people talking in the background as well some with accents and others not.  I suspect that if you call back they put an american guy on who then goes for the pay off.  S*** Bags!!!

Shaun Taylor with a very bad accent and stated that I had defaulted on a loan (which I hadn't) stated it was quickcash.net. When I asked him what law firm he just stated law firm. He was extremely rude and knew my social sercurity number and other member of my household. I told him that if I had defaulted on a loan why was there no written communication. I also asked him to supply me with the lender, date of loan and amount and he stated he could not give me that information. He then threatened that I would have a very big lawsuit because I wasn't working with him and giving him my debit card information. These guys must be stopped!

Refused to give information about law office.

I recieved a call from some @ this number. On my voicemail, his name was Brian Walker. When I spoke to him, his name was David Jones. He listed people in my residence, claiming that we'd defaulted on a loan. He s****ed to go on, but I asked with what company? He said Quick Cash. net I'd never heard of it. He had my email address and my home address. He said he was going to put on the warrant that I disputed the payment. I asked if I'd defaulted on a loan, why hadn't I recieved mail or communication from the company directly, why is it already sent over to an attorney, not in my state. He got rude and ***g up.

I've just received a very nasty call from this same number,they claim that I owe a quick cash loan. Please help me

they are calling me in regards to a pay day loan which I have no idea on what is what, are they a real company or what

I think they are making up these names because all the names are american names and they all have accents sounds like from India.Also, they are very unprofessional too.How do they get these numbers?

I've gotten several calls from this company called CRIME CENTER OF AMERICA too. And they have also threaten to take actions a***nst me concerning pay day loans that I was not aware of either.Can they be stopped. Also, told me on last week's called I'd have to go to court to pay 5,000.00 to get out of it.The person's name was James Conner with a very bad accent. The address that was given to me was 1432 Huffman Lane Campbell City, Ca. 95008.They need to be stopped. They only have my work number and ext.So, I guess they are calling from different states. Some were in Colorado I notice the complaints.

We are a business and this company is disrupting our business.  We have told them we will be in touch with the State Attorney General of Colorado if they do not stop the harassing phone calls multiple per day to one of our employees.

A Daniel Bush from this number is calling to harass one of our employees.  They have been calling constantly and have told not to call anymore otherwise we will be in touch with the State Attorney General of Colorado
