Anonymous “Out of Area” phone ID. No message left (Assumption is a legitimate dialog request would utilize a call back number). Called more than once.

Didn't pick up, left no message. Caller ID said "090000105608" which is a sure sign of a scammer/s****er.

I posted a message yes****ay and they tried to call me a***n twice yes****ay evening.  He just called me a***n on my cell but he blocked his number this time.  I just told him that I contacted my attorney and the FBI and they will be calling him, then I ***g up.  So far, no one has called me back.  You guys should try that.  Good luck!
