Connected to a business called Eviction Defense CA & Same Day Eviction Service. They offer to help with evictions. However, they are unreliable and unprofessional. We paid $300 for the initial demurrer. We checked with the court & it was filed. However, We were then asked for an additional $300 to send supporting information to the court. Unfortunately, They didn’t file paperwork we needed for a court hearing that resulted in a judgement a***nst us. When we followed up with the Eviction service they kept telling us that they were not near their computer. They did not return our phone calls and messages. I feel like I was scammed by these people.
