I get calls from this number daily. Now, they seem to know my name whereas before they just left a message from, usually a woman with a thick, hard-to-understand accent but correctly pronouncing my surname (a new development).

did u get a call from them? what did they say? they told me there were three levels of protection to purchase. did they threaten to prosecute you?

These guy(s) scammed me out of $300. I am smart but they really scared me into thinking I could get arrested and they had all my info. It was just before Christmas. The next day I realized I was took by a total scam and not once did he address me by name or have any info I didnt give wich was little. He pretended to be a girl that was 18 in my area then said 17 after he had my #. We never got furter than exchanging some face pics. She wanted my # to send a recent pic and I usually dont give it out but did. Then nothing for 30 mins so I ignored on yahoo. Then a phone call leading to a really serious sounding voicemail about if I don't call back in say the next 15 mins. or so this so called evidence will be send out for a warrant for my arrest. I should have never called back. Do not answer from these people. If i had the money I would go after them.

Nice try Ronald.  Why don't you tell them that you are a regiester SEX OFFENDER.  Tell them that your were online, again and again showing yourself to minors and trying to arrange a meet for sex.  No need to sign it Anon.  We have your IP Address and personal information.  It takes the system a little while, but soon you will be back where you belong.
