This is a scam, it's a social security scam, and at times they make believe they are the IRS, it's always some hillbilly woman with a southern accent that speaks, so watch out these are well organized they search the web for bad publicity and keep erasing themselves. It's a total scam, get the address, and have them arrested already; they been operating for months like this.

Ali Baba Complete spam--claimed to be from the Dealers Processing Department. I asked "What dealer do you work for?" Was told that "Dealers Processing Department" was the name of the company. He wanted to know if I still had my Honda and if I was aware that my warranty had expired. I asked if his company was owned by or contracted to Honda--was told "Honda doesn't sign my paycheck". He asked how many miles were on the vehicle. I asked to be taken off the list and said that I did no't trust anything he was saying. He said "what a shame when you can't trust your fellow man" and ***g up. What's really a shame is that my fellow man is trying to scam me.

Yup....they call me too....not having my account made it clear it was not legit.  they still call....and often don't talk.  The one good thing I can say was at least the telemarketer was not from India!
