SPAM AUTOMATED TELEMARKETING systems that dial large numbers of people at once, and when someone answers, the system might not have a live agent immediately available to connect, resulting in a silent call that quickly disconnects; this is often used by scammers to check if a number is active and could be a target for further attempts. 

This number continues to call and never leaves a message. It appears to be a computer or BOT generated call. Given FBI warnings on cyber threats to AT&T, Verizon and network service difficulties outtages this is dangerous SPAM. NEVER TRUST THIS
