Scam

Another hijacked number. Not sure of the area code as it disappeared after answering the phone. however the number of ; 630 800 9381 came up where the name should appear on the caller ID. "This is ---- and I am calling about your credit card, there is nothing wrong with your card, but we can get you a better rate." This is strange as the phone number they called me on, I have only had for less than a month. All they want is your card information. **** UP!!

Spam

Spammer identified self as "David" calling from US Health Care Department, stating that if I or anyone in my family had received bladder sling surgery, the US Health Dept was trying to find us to give us the results of a settlement. We would each receive $6,000 to $7,000. Said he was calling from the office and just found out his personal number 6308003918; I could call back anytime Said office was at 111 Jackson St, Chicago Illinois. A look uup of the US Health Dept and of this address shows that this guy is clearly a spammer but also using addresses of state office in another Illinois town (not Chicago) (not a federal office) to trick us into believing him.
