Company said it was delivered but has not refunded me despite many requests for them to do so…. So now out of the blue, I get a text message from “Jenny”. I told her to send me a pic of the shipping label but conveniently, she can not as she’s on a “business” trip…. Going to my bank tomorrow to see if I can reverse the charges for the order an file Complaint a***nst the Citi ordered from.
