I google this guy ***ter cell number 631-256-4797 to do some background check on him since he gave me his number to text on okcupid dating sight for the Men Seeking Men section. I texted him but he been sending me msgs back on the dating sight and not on the cell phone text msgs. Then this number has been popped up for spam and I don’t know if this a new number that he got recently. CATFISH?!?!

Please help verify owner of said phone number!

Butch Texted me in response to a Craig's List ad I'm running. Offered $40 over my asking price for an iPad Air sight unseen but wanted my full name and address in order to "use money order." My scamdar tripped and I advised that the sale would have to be cash only.

Scambuster Payday loan scammers that use these untraceable numbers and then, will follow up with 5 calls from a private number right afterward. They are getting very savvy now and using numbers that bypass being traced by blocking apps. If a number is not in my contact list...it doesn't get answered. Simple as that, and all private/unknown numbers are automatically blocked.

Majestic Home- calls several times a day. Does not leave message when ma****e answers. Another annoyance.
