krm Very pushy caller this morning, (caller id said only Selden NY) said he had a discount rate for me from RGE if I planned to stay with them, then s****ed asking to verify info from my bill which he wanted me to provide... when I asked him if it was a scam, he talked even faster. Finally I said NO THANK YOU! ***g up and called RGE Customer Service. They said this is probably someone from a competing ESCO, and if I provide certain info from my bill, THEY can c****e my service. Customer Service put a lock on my account so this won't happen in the future.
