Sammie Gee Don't answer this call. At all. I think it is probably pay-for number, ie if you pick up the phone you will be paying per minute for talking to the recording. People, if IRS wants to notify you of anything BY LAW they are REQUIRED to send you a CERTIFIED LETTER. If you miss one, there will be at least two more sent to the same address/name.

VM left saying I would be arrested and have my bank accounts zeroed if I did not call back. Definitely a scam

They’re asking for name, address and an account to w/d funds because if I don’t pay the IRS they will arrest me.

The person demands payment of owed taxes within the next two days. This is information I have no knowledge of.
