Received several calls from this number Give a callback number and say you are eligible for a windows software refund

They claim I requested information from them, which I did not and wouldn't. I am constantly blocking the number they're calling from but they just call from another number each time. I've received 10 calls from them in the last 2 weeks! I'm on the Do Not Call list, but it doesn't seem to matter to them. ***NOTE*** They wanted my Social Security Number, which I wouldn't give them to begin with, let alone over the phone!!!
