stating to be calling on behalf of cash partners of america to collect a debt or a lawsuit will be filed; i settled with the company on the pay day loans; he has a heavt middle eastern accent and states to be calling from a law firm in ny but uses curse words and is rude; doesnt give any info and threatens to have your ssn "unrecognized" by the government i dont get this; its a scam  but scary cuz they have some of your personal info; i got on the website and its happening to ppl all over; same company, same scenerio, different numbers and different american names; be careful and dont give these ppl any more of your money; times are hard for all of use; get a job like the rest of us!!!

Yes they called me twice today using two different America names but talked using an India accent. These are scammers as they get ****ed off if you do Not agree with them. I hope the FBI or the BBB will get these guys out of the different calling centers that they are using.

These creepes with an Indian accent keep calling my OFFICE and threatening to serve me with papers. They say its for someone else's debt and that my name was given but I never signed anything and I hardly know the person who is actually responsible. I called back the number a few times and the call kept getting transferred to a voicemail. These are scammers so if you are having problems with them, let the police know.

These idiots have been calling me too.  Always with a new American name with the same ol' middle eastern accent.  I've spoken with these fools a couple of times.  ****ed whom ever I was speaking to off because he couldn't make me get scard, please!  I told him he was a bad scam artist, and I wasn't sending them a **** dime.  Today, I got a call at work...now I am fighting mad.  I would suggest everyone who is being harassed to contact the FBI.
