I received the same phone call that you all received from the aforementioned phone number.  They claimed that a lawsuit was being filed a***nst me for an unpaid debt from 'payday loans' and the 'global corporation services'.  They threatened to sue me for $1000.  Me being ******, I gave them my account info thinking that what they were telling may be legit, but I thought it was odd that they did not give me any information regarding the amount of the debt I owed and when this loan was made.  I had my attorney friend call them and she grilled them; everything they said sounded more and more bogus.  THEY ARE SCAMMERS, I believe.  I went to my bank and told them about it.  I have to close my accounts and c****e everything else, I am also going to file a police report and notify the credit bureau just in case they get crazy!!  DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE!

stating to be calling on behalf of cash partners of america to collect a debt or a lawsuit will be filed; i settled with the company on the pay day loans; he has a heavt middle eastern accent and states to be calling from a law firm in ny but uses curse words and is rude; doesnt give any info and threatens to have your ssn "unrecognized" by the government i dont get this; its a scam  but scary cuz they have some of your personal info; i got on the website and its happening to ppl all over; same company, same scenerio, different numbers and different american names; be careful and dont give these ppl any more of your money; times are hard for all of use; get a job like the rest of us!!!

got a call from this people. they are asking me to pay $1095. why should I pay them. better then paying them i would like to go to the court.

Said I owed 5000 and people were coming to take me to court and my SS number would be revoke.I called them a scam, and they were affended. And would make my life*****. So I paid them. I don't know what to do now, I only paid 1223.00.  But they said they would blacklist me everywhere, work, SS, and put me in jail.Do I call the police stop the check and resend my letter stating that they cant. They said my court case was tommorrow and they are CPA Cash Partners of America.  I feel so ******.  I was scarred out of my mine before but now I dont know.  They sound so real.

I too received a message from the SAME people but different names. the guy left a message stating it was time sensitive he called my POE, tried to tell me i was being accused of check fraud bank laundering etc.... had a friend call pretending to be my attorney stating to fax paperwork over THEY STILL HAVENT!!!!!!! the "supervisor" i talked to was Kevin Spencer the number is 347-478-5882. WATCH OUT!!!!!!!
