Call my cell phone non stop doesn't leave a message

tried calling the number back and it was out of service the person said they where from some loan place and they said that I told them to call after 2pm and I said sorry don't know anyone from NY and they shutup real quick

called didn't have my name asked me to confirm my ssn then threatened to send police for ssn fraud wasn't my ssn...heavy accent from caller not clear to understand.
