If I receive pain medication

I belive i was scammed by the owner of this number.This person contacted me on a boating forum and supposedly had a piece of equiptment i was inquireing about to another person on the forum.The person at this number sent me a pm on that forum stating he had the equiptment and gave a price and a story about selling due to cancer.After several emails and photos i agreed to purchase but he then wouldnt give me shipping info.finally i requested a refund and he gave me bogus shipping info and told me it would arrive today.He said his name was Samuel.
