I NO LONGER answer my cell phone unless I recognize the phone number. I got several calls from this number. They NEVER leave a message. I am thinking this is SPAM since they DO NOT leave a message. If someone calls me and I do not answer my phone and they wanted or needed to talk to me they would leave me a message, correct? To call and not leave me a message is SPAM to me!!!

This number has shown up on my phone several times at all hours. I only answered it once in the early morning hours as it woke me up. A woman asked for "Nancy" and i said yes, she continued to ask for birth day, if my SS # ended is _ _ _ _ and so on. I did not answer her questions and she askid if my last four digits of SS was _ _ _ _ I said no and she said she had wrong number. I have continued to get these calls but do not answer the phone

I get the same numbers calling my phone. They are asking for my ex husband. Well my ex and I do not talk and we have not been together for 9 years now...I am so tired of them calling for him on my cell phone. I do not even know how they got the number. My ex lives 28 hours away from me.

They have been calling our numbers (we have one line but two numbers - regular and fax) but not leaving messages or hanging up after just a few rings.  This morning they called on our secondary/fax line twice so I picked up and actually got a person.  She asked for "Laurie," (there is no one in our immediate or extended family with that name) and then asked was our number a new number, which it's not.  I asked "Who are you?" and she said "I am not a solicitor, we are Client Services, and apparently Laurie has given out your number as hers."  She half-heartedly apologized and said she would take the fax number off of her records, but could not take the main number off.  I have repeatedly filed complaints on the Do Not Call Registry.  I will send a letter to the Missouri Attorney General's office next.

I have received 4 calls in one hour. No message. I am lucky, my new phone gives me the option to block caller. AND GUESS WHAT I DID!!!

This company buys out CHASE credit card debt. In many states there is no protection in terms of what time of day they call to how many times they call each day....sad, but true. Illinois and Missouri are two of the several states who do not recognise the federal law that should protect people from these people who are calling 50 times a day or at 11 at night. They also can call even if your on the DNC registry list because they have a relationship with the person they are calling...seriously...isn't that crazy?

These people call four and five times per day. I cannot pay due to kidney failure and the medical cost.

ALL OF THEM WANT ME TO PAY SOME MONEY OTHERWISE, THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CALL. I do not owe any monies, not do I have any business relation with Wells Fargo, Client Services, WFNNB, AACC [if you do not pay us, we will sell your phone number...]

I get these calls periodically. They never listen, they call repeatedly at all times, and are always either very rude or you can't understand them. They are connected to CHASE.

I was contacted and this was on my caller id. the lady that answers the phone didn't know why this # was on my caller ID. It seemed like an answering service, but why would the # of an answering service be on my caller id?

I just wanted to add that I just called them back and no one answered their phone so I left a Demanding message that if they ever called my home again I would charge them with telephonic Harassment, and I did call my Telephone company and I did give them the phone number and told them who it was.If you continue to get these calls, be firm and tell them they are breaking the law and if they call you one more time, you will give all the documentation to your Local police, who in turn Will contact their local Police.

These people called three times in a row. I called back only to get a message on a machine stating that if I didn't have a refernece number then I needed to find it and call them back. The first time they called, my Husband answered it. He said hello, no one would answer him so he hung up. Second time they called within a matter of 2 minutes, Hubby answered, no one said anything They hung up on him. Third time, I let our answer phone take the call, could hear someone breathing and then they hung up. all these were within 2 minutes apart. Every call had the name of UnKnown and then the number.If these people continue to call from MO. Tell them that you WILL be pressing Telephonic Harassment charges on them. Be firm and let them know that they WILL Not call you back. Document every time they call and then follow through with charges against the company. Go through your telephone company and report these people.Telephonic Harassment IS Illegal in all 50 states.

Everyday I am harassed by this company.  "Justin" says I need to give him a credit card number or the name of a friend or family member in order to pay off this debt "TODAY".  When I explain that I am in the process of filing bankruptcy, he states that he reporting this call as a "REFUSAL to PAY"! and then hangs up on me!  They call 3-4 times a day!!!  They have even called my neighbor and had them leave a note on my front door to CALL THEM IMMEDIATELY REGARDING UNPAID DEBTS! They continue to call and harass my neighbors. I told them this is illegal and they respond with "We didn't have your address, so we had to contact your neighbor."  I asked "If you didn't have my ADDRESS, HOW DID YOU KNOW WHO MY NEIGHBOR WAS?"  They continue to threaten me saying they are "ATTORNEYS" and I am going to court within the next 30 days.  This has been going on for 4 months.

This company calls daily, and usually doesn't leave a message. Until yesterday, Deb (from Client Services) claimed she found my resume online and wanted to qualify me for a job as an entry level collector with an agency in St. Charles, MO. No experience necessary and they were only "pre-qualifying people" today; and would follow up with me for an interview this week. A position I am not looking for, or do not have experience. I think it's a scam... or collection agency.

This number has called my cellphone several times a day for about a week know. I finally answered it yesterday and it was a computer message looking for 'Barry' and I'm not him. They called back about 30 minutes later and this time a lady asked for this person and I told her very politely they have the wrong # and to never call my # again. I received over 10 calls from this number. In the beggining of the conversation they asked me who I was and the woman proceeded to tell me that she was from client services and they are going to send me a package. When I asked client services for what company, she kept asking me for my current address. So I kept asking her what company is she calling from because I do not order anything online. Finally, I told her she is calling the wrong number and I hung up. The other calls are from male associates and they claim that I ordered someting online regarding information for getting rich quickly. And other calls claim that they are from a debt consolidation company to help me. Either way I feel its a debt consolidation company and they try to get people engaged in conversations to get information.
