This number calls me constantly w/ou leaving a message.  I called it back and got a message saying that it is disconnected.  This messed up and a pain in my a**!.

This number calls my cell phone at least once a day except Sat/Sun for over 3 weeks now. It only rings once or only a half ring before and the call is gone- ****s up. I have never answered the call nor called the number back. I am on the do not call list. I am unaware of any debt or bills due. Why do they keep calling and don't leave a message????
