This number is from a representative from Credit One Bank located in La Vegas, Nv.  I have a credit card with them.  I missed "one" payment and spoke to them on 11/28/09 and told that because of medical tests I would make the payment on 12/16/09.  Two days later a barrage of calls s****ed coming from this number.  There was a total of 89 calls made by this company in effort to get this payment.  What I don't understand is that if I stated the reason I was late and indicated when the payment would be made, why 89 calls.  It was so annoying that I went to visit with a relative until I felt that they had received the payment.  Once they got the payment the calls stopped.  The only thing I can say is that anyone owing money to "Credit One Bank" should pay them and cut up their credit card. They also called a relative of mine.  Where they got the numberfrom I have no idea.  I beleive they have stepped over what is allowed by the law.  At any rate, I have written a letter to the Attorney General in my state, as well as in Nevada.

this number calls my cell, which is a business number, about every half hour, will not leave a message, and calls from 7am until after 9pm, which is illegal in my state. It is very annoying and they will not remove me from their list despite my telling them i am not who they are looking for and it is a business line.

I have received calls from this number as well and I was just wondering to those of you who have been asked about an unknown name what was the first name they asked about?  I ask because I was called on my cell phone about a relatives account in another state that didn't give them my phone number.  She was pretty upset considering she doesn't even remember my phone number without looking it up and besides why would she give them my cell number.  When I told the person on the other end of the phone that I was not who they were looking for and that the person they asked me about was a relative they then asked me for the correct phone number to contact her.  I told them no and ***g up.  She is now looking into a law suit.  When she contacted the bank they were very shady and now she has reason to beleive someone is trying to steal her iden***y.

They have only called me 3 times in a week. The first time I picked up no one was there. The second time was a couple hours later, they asked for someone I had never heard of, and I could barly understand them. They just called a***n. I don't have anything with this bank, and have nothing past due. Why do they keep calling. it's annoying.

They keep calling and calling never leaving a message.  I screen my calls due to so many marketers out there even on cell phones now!  I figure if they don't leave a message it must not be important!

Who are they, they are very rule and won't even identify the company they are calling from?

They have called me 8 times since Monday.  They have even texted me a few times.  They ask for some woman (whom I've never met).  I've explained a few times that they have the wrong number.  I have never had any dealings with this bank, yet they persist in calling.  This would be an excellent class action lawsuit due to the extreme number of people they are harassing.

My phone is strictly a business phone. have told w***ver to stop calling. they call every few minutes. Annoying. Harrassing.

Number is always calling every 1 to 2 hours, it's annoying !
