Francis and mail is a fcra and fdca attorney.Keep track of the calls and who and what is said.Then contact them concerning the violations of the fdca.But also it is the orignal creditor they are not held to the fdca but there are other issues u can sue them for.

I got 4 calls in three minutes from these people. They claimed I owed the very small $70 to Columbia house and they needed the money now. I told them that they needed to send me so****ing in writing so I could dispute the debt. Then I asked that they not call my cell phone and ***g up. They called right back and said they needed me to give them an alternate phone number. I said no sendme so****ing. then they called right back saying if I didn't give them my credit card or bank account # they were going to ruin my credit and get me arrested for being a deadbeat that doesnt pay her bills. I then talked to a supervisor and filed a complaint. He said he needed the $ but everything must be done over the phone. They dont have the ability to send info
