These people have called several times and say that they are collecting a debt that I owed at a NY bank. Yes, I had a debt with that bank but it was dismissed under Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in 1989-1991.I have explained this but they do not listen to anything. They just keep saying that I owe this debt and they want to know how and when  I am going to take care of this debt. Of course I gave them a time-line: NEVER!I asked the Indian lady to speak to a manager that could speak english so she put me on the line with a man who also could not speak understandable english.I would think that there would be some sort of legal recourse a***nst these people. Any suggestions?

After getting calls from these punks at Full Circle Financial from 646-383-1472 about an old debt with Wells Fargo, I called Wells Fargo. They confirmed what I already knew to be true, that I have no debt with Wells Fargo. I called Full Circle Financial back and told them what I had been telling for the past week. After they heard I had verified no debts in person with Wells Fargo, they immediately c****ed their story and said Wells Fargo had sold the debt on the "open market" to another collection agency. Wells Fargo has s****ed their own investigation also.

Call today and yes****ay wanted CC info, hah not giving that to them Was a middle eastren man calling himslef Charlie.

In my opinion, this caller has been given numbers/accounts from MRS so it's probably the SAME Collection agency using other names/sub accounts...and HARASSMENT IS THE NAME OF THE GAME...it MUST C****E...the proverbial "Baby is being tossed out with the bathwater"...they'll have the WRONG party and STILL won't c****e or stop harassing--they don't Believe what you say...TRUTH has no impact.  How to make it stop?  Write your State Attorney General; Senators; Congressmen; the White House for Collection Reform---Keep it simple: We need LAWS to PROHIBIT Harassment from Collection Agencies. Automated calls need to be prohibited; legitimate calls need to ONLY occur Monday through Friday 9a to 5p per REGION specific time [e.g. PST, ET, CST]--NO CALLS before 9am and NO Calls after 5pm; and NO CALLS on Sa****ay or Sunday.  The Caller must provide a valid call back number and the mailing address of their corporate headquarters.  Once advised either in writing OR by phone or in person to STOP CALLING (Cease and Desist)--they can NEVER call a***n.  If another call is received:  FINE SCALE IS IMPLEMENTED--$1000, first violation; $5000 Second violation $10,000 Third violation --aggregate FINES and IMPLEMENT Interest and Fees and Penalties {Just as they've done to persons they believe owe them money---use the POWER of the GOVERNMENT to "dog and hound" them...Just as they do unto others....Take their Licenses/Prohibit them from operating in the Collections Industry--Register ALL agencies and owners through the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and set up practices to GOVERN/CONTAIN/REGULATE these predatory collectors.  SUPPORT THE CONSUMERS!!!!

This number calls at least once a day.  Often nothing is on the other end, once or twice I was told that it was a message for (then the voice drops off) ONCE it said that it was a collection call and to call back and reference a number.  I never wrote down that reference number.  I wish it would stop.

Keeps calling my work number.  The person who leaves a message has an accent. I never did have a AMEX credit card before.

They keep calling our home! Everyday!  I have spoken personally with AHAB The ARAB and he doesn't like me!  They insist that my husband owes a bill for ATT from 199?!  I told him that this was impossible because...1. I wouldn't have a phone for him to worry me with!2. Our bills are paid AWD!I also told him that I WOULD call ATT and check out this ordeal and he even sent me a letter telling me that ATT would not have that information.  This is a bunch of scammers! They are tryiing to get $179 from us that we DO NOT OWE! We get at least one call a day! Most of the time they will not say anything but I say plenty!

heavy eastern accent wanted to to talk to me about my finances. wouldn't give any more details to me when I refused to confirm my iden***y. I called back and spoke to "john" and asked my number be removed...I'm not hopeful they'll follow through

They will not stop calling multiple times a day over some issue that was settled over 12 years ago..... A bill that was not mine to begin with!

This number has been calling me for 3 and a half years.  Last month they called 14 times.  I asked them to take my number off their list because I am not Lilly ***er (the person who had this number 3 1/2 years ago), I was told they would take my number off their list 3 times but they are still calling.  I have been calling their 866-963-0053 to talk to someone but just get an answering ma****e.  I have been calling every 1/2 hour today.  I am tired of running in from outside to answer these phone calls. And 3 1/2 years is long enough I think.

This number keeps calling me as well. Except when I answer it's just silence until I **** up. Then when I call them back it doesn't ring and no one answers. All I hear is this really crazy sound, then the call ends. It's annoying.

This number keeps coming up on both my home and mobile phone.  When I've answered they won't give me any information as to why they are calling.  I've requested that they remove my number from their calling list, but they continue to call.
