This number has been calling my residence for several days, sometimes 5 or 6 times within a 5 minute period.  When I answer the phone it is usually silent on the other end. On one occasion a man with a accent said he was having problems setting up his Magic Jack, and that no matter what number he was dialing, it would i***vertantly call my number.  I did a search on his number and found that he was actually calling from a cell phone through SBC Telecom, Inc., with a New York area code. He has also called using other cell numbers including one with a Florida area code through Verizon. Each time the name on the caller I.D. is the same, Nandor Retek.
