(I do support and recently paid so that I can maintain their streaming service.) 2nd call was to apologize for addressing me by the wrong name in the first (they didn't).

Got disturbing texts from this number and it’s not the first time.

Caller from this number identified himself as Matthew Kelly from the Consumer Protection Bureau and asked to speak with me about****ential scams using lure of sweepstakes winnings. When I asked why he'd called me specifically and why he'd taken more than 2 months to inquire about my reported scam calls, he ***g up. Also, on Caller ID, the letters NY followed the number. I****umed that was for New York.

Jc Received a text message from a random number, containing a web link. I did not click on the link I instead called the number and received what sounds like a busy signal. Looked up number on number guru , Still don't know who they are
