This guys is finding homes for sale and then making a fake craigslist add for the same house as a rental saying he's taking it off the market. He sends a fake rental applications via email and wants your money sent before you get keys.

This number was linked to an ad on Craigslist, he finds a home for sale, then posts on Craigslist listing it as a rental. Tells the****ential renters to not mind the sign and they are taking it off of the market, then has you fill out a rental application, then asks for money. This is a complete scam.
