This s****ed with me over a year ago.  I received on phone call and could barely understand what he was saying.  He stated that I owed a cash to payday loan and that I needed to get any attorney.  He could not tell me what company or how much I owed.  I ended up cursing him out and ***g up.  The calls s****ed a***n about a month and a half ago.  It is the same guy.  This time the messages states he is from ACS or LLC.  He gives a different name every time.  They have even contacted my work on my day off and demanded to speak to my supervisor.   She stated that he was very rude.  On that same day I was not answering my home phone and letting the VM pick up.  I guess they got frustrated and called me a F'ing B@@@@ on my answering ma****e!  Today he called and s****ed leaving a message and I picked up and informed him that I didn't owe any money and not to contact me a***n and ***g up.  He called right back and of course gave a different name and stated that he would be contacting the FBI and they will be at my house by 9:00 am tomorrow!  I contacted the FTC and filed a complaint and she stated that this is going on all over the US.  She advised me to put a 90 fraud alert on my credit.

Today 4/19/11 my husband and I recieved about the 10th call from this Indian caller who uses a different name every time. This last time he got really angry after I told him I knew this was a scam and he s****ed cussing me out.. F you B%$@! you and your husband can each **** on one of my *****???? LOL LOL. And that my husband should s**** looking for a new job because he has reported OUR fradulent activity to his place of work. I really wish I knew how to make him quit calling!!! Especially my husbands work. He had my husbands FULL SS number! He has threatened each time that cops will being showing up in 1-2 days to sue you people. Also I think this is the most IMPORTANT part he called today from a new phone number...(310) 359-0425. He claims to us as well that this is over an unpaid payday loan of $300. If anyone has ideas how to make this stop please, please let us know. I was so happy when I found these posts to know we were not alone. Thank you.

Some A...Hole Indian or Oriental called 2x  leaving a threating for someone else other than me that I better have my attorney or myself call 646-470-3874 the phone number that is showing up on my phone is 916-395-0000 and that call is from Sacramento CA. I will not answer these calls. This is complete bull I have never taken a pay day advance.

Just to let anyone who reads this, I really aggravated the guy behind the scam phone number.  He threatened me with everything he could think of and tried to say that I was using ****** language while talking to him. (which I found out is not illegal, freedom of s***ch and all) He tried the do not call here a***n trick, but during the course of the day he sent another message telling me I better call or else scenario. So I am just returning the calls that I am receiving.  So if you all are tired of these scam artists harassing you and others in your life just do as I am doing today and continue calling them until they are harassed. They don't like it and they don't know how to handle it.

I received calls from the same guy as everyone else (Indian accent) and he did not even have the courtesy of leaving the same name on the two messages he left me about getting arrested if I don't call him.  He left a Mr. Stevens and a Mr Ross from llc law firm, as if I am not intelligent enough to realize the voice is the same one with two different names attached.  I s****ed harassing him by calling him every 1/2 hour and refusing to give him any information on me (not even a name) an just continuously asking him for his boss's name and his real name (he would answer the phone with a different name continuously) Ofter a bit of threatening myself to sue and turn him into the police he kept ****ing up on me.  If you are a prospective victim, don't allow this clown to scare you, call him up and do the same thing until he is continuously flooded with repe***ive calls and has to c****e his number or stop this scam entirely.  I could turn him into the police but from what I see here it isn't helping and he is still in business. Let's all take this into our own hands and torture the SOB until he stops the calls to his entire victim list. After  a bunch of harassing calls to him then you can call him up and tell him if he wants these calls to quit then he must destroy his current list of "customers" and never call them a***n or else WE WILL BE BACK if he ever contacts any of us a***n.

I applied for one pay day loan way over a year ago and never took it. These guys have been calling ever since. First lawyer, then police, then they're coming to get me. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Recevied a phone call 2/3/11 from a man that was quite rude and abrupt.  Named Kevin Jones has a very heavy Indian accent.  This was not the first time that I received a call.  I also received one from a loud yelling rambling lady before from the same number.  Yes, these folks have name, place of employment all that.  However, when I asked them to provide me with the original date of the alleged transaction which is supposed to be for a Payday Loan no one caould answer the questions.  When was the original application date, where is the signed paperwork, and I requested any and all do***entation to support their case.  No one could provide any information.  They called my work and was told no personal calls and then they turned around and called on 2/4/11 doing the same threatening me.  Well I have recorded the conversations I told them to go ahead and do what they have to do since they are unable to furnish any do***entation.  These people are wishing that you give them an account number and fall their ignorance.  Well LLC and Kevin Jones we are one up on you and we all stand united.  I will report this to the New York authorities because that is where the call is based from.  SCAM SCAM SCAM

I was called today 02/03/11 from a man named Chirs Lee calling for David Jones LLC Law Offices for Cash Partners of America...he told me I owed  $5483.87 and that I would be served court papers @ 11am tomorrow, He knew personal info on me including family members, and place of work. I liistened to him throught the entire conversation and when he failed to tell me when this payday loan was deposited and when and where I needed to appear I told him that I was recording the whole conversation amd told him to have a nice day...he promptly ***g up on me. This is a SCAM...report him!!!!!

This is not the first time I've received a call from these people telling me that the police were going to show at my job and good luck to my children and may God bless you.  The man said to me today (2/2/11) that I owed some pay day loan company money.  They tried to get the money from my bank account and it was rejected.  This is all a scam.  You can hardley understand what they are saying.  I gave them a few choice words and ***g up the phone.
