Jake Got a text from this number saying their name was Robert and asking if my boat was still for sale. I said yes and asked if they wanted to see it. Then I saw the area code and figured it was a scam. I found the number on here so I thought I would see what happens when I call. It went to a google voice mail. Then they texted back saying text only, no calls. Scammer!!!

They are definitely spammers they go through craig s list to find items for sale. They wont haggle on price, they will ask if you will accept a cashers check but it will be for more money than your asking price because they will tell you it is for their shippers expenses. If you accept one of their checks, have your bank put a hold on the check and run a check on it, chances are it is a fake. So****ing needs to be done about this.

I'll be happy if you can accept my offer and am ready to buy it now for birthday gift for brother in-law and i am at sea at the moment as i am a marine engineer and due to the nature of my work, phone calls making and visiting of website are restricted but i squeezed out time to check this advert and send you an email regarding it. I really want the truck to be a surprise for brother in-law so i wont let him know anything about the truck until it gets delivered to him, i am sure he will be more than happy with the truck. I insisted on paypal because i don't have access to my bank account online as i don't have internet banking, but i can pay from my paypal account, as i have my bank a/c attached to it, i will need you to give me your paypal email address and the price so i can make the payments asap for the truck and pls if you don't have paypal account yet, it is very easy to set up, go to www.paypal.com and get it set up, after you have set it up i will only need the e-mail address you use for registration with paypal so as to put the money through. I have a pick up agent that will come and pick the truck up after i have made the payments... Thanks.

Please guys understand that you can not go to jail or be arrested for a bad debit, So even if there lies where true the only thing a debit collecter could do is by a civil action not legal, Also they use the number 911 that shows up on your caller ID so you belive them when they tell you they are law infrocment, you dont need to answer because it says 911, Understand 911 will never call you unless you call them and **** up, When the police calls you its from your local area code with a number, 911 is an emergacy number used for people to call when they need help, out going calls do not come from 911, I had a call from these people the other day, but they called my dad and said he was officer Johnson and if my husband did not call him back asap there would be problems, The 1st thing I noticed about the number was it was an out of state area code and the law would not be calling from out side my area code, I also noticed that they had not called my number but my dads, After returning the call it was noticed when they picked up the phone with only how can i help you, it was not the law,My husband asked many time who he was and he could only say he was the law, and wanted my husbands full name and ssi number, After ****ing up on him he called back and left a message on my cell yelling about a legal matter however he addressed the call to a woman i donot no, So he didnt even know who he was calling back as we used our cell to call him not our home line,  So i began to do reshreach, And found out if youve ever tried to take out a pay day loan or did take a loan this is where they got your info and relized they had called my dad because we used him on the loan as our refence and his number was still the same but my number had since c****ed, Even thou this loan was took out over five years ago they had my husbands info, They usaly have you ssi, phone number and work number address ext when calling and they use this to scare you into sending money western union, They are out of country and get you to send money in a name however over seas you do not need ID to pick up funds only the code number......The best thing to do when getting these calls is never give them info, never fax a letter over or you id, never give you ssi number, c****ing your number will help but you can usaly tell them you know what the deal is and youve called and made a report with your local law and t**** stop, Inform friends family and your boss of this matter incase they are called they know your not in trouble your being scamed to give them no info on you and **** up .

Received two calls this morning from 0000 displayed on my caller ID at work and my cell. Both messages sounded the same from the same guy. Told me I should not wait and this call is time sensative and if I did not call that he could only wish me good luck and god bless me. I received a call about a year ago with the same time of fraud and I told they guy to get a life and they never called back. So I call just about an hour ago and the guy wants a number to fax me do***ents. I kept asking him to provide me the lawyers Bar number or federal ID. He kept telling me he would provide after he reads so****ing to me, so he says, have you received notice in mail yet? I said no and have a real lawyer call me. 646-926-1751 (Name sounded like Justin Brook) Except he sounds like a bin laden type accent.

I got the same call, twice now... SCAM!!

This s****ed with me over a year ago.  I received on phone call and could barely understand what he was saying.  He stated that I owed a cash to payday loan and that I needed to get any attorney.  He could not tell me what company or how much I owed.  I ended up cursing him out and ***g up.  The calls s****ed a***n about a month and a half ago.  It is the same guy.  This time the messages states he is from ACS or LLC.  He gives a different name every time.  They have even contacted my work on my day off and demanded to speak to my supervisor.   She stated that he was very rude.  On that same day I was not answering my home phone and letting the VM pick up.  I guess they got frustrated and called me a F'ing B@@@@ on my answering ma****e!  Today he called and s****ed leaving a message and I picked up and informed him that I didn't owe any money and not to contact me a***n and ***g up.  He called right back and of course gave a different name and stated that he would be contacting the FBI and they will be at my house by 9:00 am tomorrow!  I contacted the FTC and filed a complaint and she stated that this is going on all over the US.  She advised me to put a 90 fraud alert on my credit.

I have received 4 diferent calls today stating they are legal departments and i owe for 3 different payday loans ofr cashadvance, cashnetUSa and cashnet.com. All of who i have never used as i don't do payday loans and only one company that is a cash advance and payments are taken out of my paycheck directly. Everytime they call i have to tell them to speak up because i can't hear them the transfer me to their supervisor. Today alone i have talked to Marshall Bruce, Justin Brooks, Frank Miller and a final supervisor named Mark from LLC law office in the Bronx New York. Must be hurting for authentic names from India. The Numbers they gave me for contact are 646-918-8123 & 646- 820-9531. And since i have dealt withthem before and they are on ripoff report.com i s**** asking them questions they **** up. Tell them this is a scam and this website name and they are gone. Wish the FTC or someone would take care of these companies
