I finally got a hold of someone today and the lady told me that I had taken out a loan at AACA which is Advanced America Cash Advance for a pay day loan. She also had my 4 last digits of my ss#. And gave me an old e-mail address and old banking info stating that I received a loan from them and that If I do not pay them 5484.87 I will have 3 counts of Criminal Charges brought a***nst me. They are going to contact the police here in my town and have me arrested tomorrow. They said that they have me on Fraud Charges. Asked me if I had and Felony charges already and I said NO she said know u will. She said she was calling from the UK from the number 6144810293. I hope they are not telling the truth because I did not take a loan out. what should I do?

I recieved the same call i went on here to c if they were forreal and I C the are not I was at work and they called about a payday loan i took out and i never paid with bank of america the guy's name is Paul Smith and he wont give any info about the loan only that i would be arrested and fired from my job if i didnt pay 5000 by tomorrow. I asked him if i owed this money to bank of america how come I get my checks deposited and hold a positive balance and he told me that the bank had nothing to do about it. You have no idea how scared this phone call made me feel.  These guys are f***ing creeps and I hope they can be found.  Mine was the LLC office, Jason Kennedy and Justin Brooks (nice how these indian speaking guys come up with such american sounding names) and they said I had a loan from Advance American Cash Advance.  They had information I think from an OLD payday loan I took many, many years back.  Including the names I used for references.  They had my email address and everything.  I have reported them to the FBI, there's a web site you can report them to for fraud.  I have also just bought and installed a power house cd to clean it up and protect the s**t outta me.  And I'm c****ing my emails and everything.  I might even c****e my phone number.  I think that's the way of getting rid of these people.  Protect yourself.

This is just crazy a man named Sam Parke called me from 646-794-5547 and said I have 3 criminal charges a***nst me for check fraud for not paying a payday loan back to advance america cash advance that I know NOTHING about. He said I will be arrested tomorrow at my job if I dont pay $5484.87. I knew this was a scam as they didnt even barely speak any english these people need to be arrested and proscuted to the fullest extent of the law. This s**t is just plain out ridiculous.

this is exactly what this indian accent guy told me. he said his name is james steward and threaten me that i will be serve and need my criminal lawyer and this same story about owing money to a payday loan company that i dont know nothing about. i tried to call them and would not answer anymore. when my friend called them and pretended to be my lawyer they put her on hold and when she try to call back a***n they would not answer the phone. i would like to see this people go to jail to try to get money and scam others.

This company called me yes****ay at work and said to call everytime I do it is a forign person i can not understand on the answering ma****e. He said his name was Eddie Jones@ LLC Law office. I can not get a hold of anyone and I do not know what it would be for? So I need help figureing this out.

These people called my cell phone today.  the number shows on my cell as 0000.  They left a message for my husband saying that he must call back right away and if not they wished me the best of luck as things unfold.  The man's name was Paul Smith and he had very bad broken English.  I have called them back (mainly to mess with them) and they want me to leave a message.  I did not do that.  After reading all this post I see that suspisions were correct.  be careful to anyone who will talk to them.  Make sure that you do not give them ANY personal information nor confirm anything with them.

This foreign guy.. kept calling leaving threating messages on my cell phone from this number and said they had an afidavid that said I violated several federal banking laws including Bank fraud signed by Advance America for an electronic presentment I never paid.. (Lies) I called the Corporate Headquarters.. the caller wanted me to verify my bank, current work location, last four of my social, and banking information.. they had some of the information correct, but others were wrong.. He said i would be arrested tomorrow and that they would contact my employer with this crazy story.. I ***g up.  The original number the first call months ago was a Majic Jack number.. the lastest times.. it showed up as 0000.. strange.. I'm reporting this.. you should too.. even to my ban****

received call from Chris Lee which came up out of area who advised me he was calling from LLC Law Firm to tell me that i took out a loan from Cash Partners of America through my bank via wire and that i never re-payed them and so now they're going to have 3 counts of fraud served a***nst me and the police would come to my work tomorrow and arrest me, he told me i owed them $5484.87. he had last 4 digits of ss and also my work number and the name of my work and also the name of bank which i haven't banked there in awhile. He is foreigner speaking man maybe indian not sure was hard to make out alot of what he was saying. as i was talking to him my co worker was listening and got online and google cash partners of america and found this to be a fraud. i told him i would have my lawyer contact him and he preceded to ask over and over why i never paid this back when i preceded to tell him i didn't even know what he was talking bout and i would have my lawyer contact him he gave me his name aka-chris lee and number 646-481-0293. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I receive a phone call from Paul Smith today, too.  He said he was with LLC Law Offices.  THey are scammers -- BEWARE everyone!!!  Don't know how to stop them from calling.

I received 5 calls yes****ay and 4 times today from 0000 but the message that was left told me to call6464810293 immediately or good to me. I finally returned the call today and asked for David Jones as I was instructed, however spoke with Mr. Green. They asked for attorney info and when I keep insisting he tell me what the "several criminal" was he told me good luck and ***g up. Moments later I received a call from; you guessed it 0000 asking for someone else. When I explained I was not her and that Davis jones and Mr. Green need to get there act toether or the scam they are running will never work; you could here the crickets chirp.

We got a couple of these calls  several months ago, did not return calls they stopped.  All of a sudden we received another one today.  Same as many of the above experiences very broken english explains we (or our attorney) needs to contact them as soon as possible or they will not be responsible for the outcome.   We tried returning this call when we got the call several months ago (non working number) So I figured then that it was a scam of some type.

called my work 2 times wouldnt give details so my boss told them not to call back. went of what others are saying couldnt find a LLC LAW OFFICE OF NEW YORK granted LLC is short for Limited Liability Company and not the name of any law office

Got a call at work from a Paul Smith claiming to be an attorney and that he needed my attorney information. He left a # and when I called the # within minutes of the call Mr. Paul Smith was not available. The man that answer the phone claimed that he was Paul Smith"s supervisor and could he help me. I could just barely make out was he was saying, english was not his first lanuage. I said goodbye telling him I would speak only to Paul Smith. I called back 5 minutes later and the same guy answered the phone, I ask to speak with Paul Smith, I was put on hold and Paul Smith answered. I ask for the company name and address. He ***g up. I called right baqck and the first guy answered LLC Law Office, Paul Smith speaking how may I help you. I ask for an address to send a request for information. I was given an address in New York that does not exist. How do you make these people stop?

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM LLC LAW OFFICES OF NEW YORK STATING THAT I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGE WITH 3 COUNTS OF FELONY FRUAD AND IF I DIDN'T GET A LAWYER BY MONDAY THAT I WOULD BE GOING TO JAIL. THEY TOLD ME THAT I OWED CASH PARTNERS OF AMERICA 5000.00 AND NEEDED TO PAY IT NOW. I ASKED HER FOR THE NUMBER OF THE COMPANY AND WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME, SHE TOLD ME THAT I DIDN'T NEED TO TALK TO  THEM. SO I CALLED BACK TO SEE WHAT WAS THE NAME OF THEIR COMPANY AND SHE TOLD ME LLC LAW OFFICES AND I THEN ASKED HER WHAT STATE ARE YOU LOCATED IN AND SHE SAID WHY AND THEN TOLD ME NEW YORK AND ***G UP THE PHONE. THE NUMBER THAT SHOWED UP ON THE PHONE WAS A NON WORKING NUMBER BUT THEY LEFT A DIFFERENT NUMBER ON MY VOICE MAIL. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call at work from a chris lee and said i was being sued because of a payday loan. It was a pay day company that i had never heard of. That legal action would be taken out on me by monday. i'm sick of scammers calling me on my job.

Same thing happened to me today at work. Same person said I was facing fraud charges tomorrow and that I need to explain it to the judge and have someone ready to bail me out. That I owed $5420 for a payday loan that I never took. He had my address, ss#, email info.

This is the weirdest thing...some foreign thick accent having guy stating that I must return his call the second I get the message and if I do not return his call He wishes me luck as the situation unfolds on me....

Just received two voice messages from this number, could not understand exactly what he said but if I don't return his calls he wishes me luck!

S****ING RECEIVING CALLS TWO DAYS AGO.  CALLED MY WORK NUMBER I TOLD HIM NOT TO CALL ME THERE I CAN'T RECEIVE PERSONAL CALLS.  SAYS I MUST CALL IMMEDIATELY REGARDING A TIME SENSITIVE MATERIAL IF I DON'T CALL BACK LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN TOMORROW. I CAME TO WORK TODAY AND HE HAS LEFT TWO MESSAGES HERE AT WORK EVEN TH0UGGHT I TOLD HIM NOT TO CALL.  BROKEN ENGLISH HARD TO UNDERSTAND.   NO NAME OF FIRM/COMPANY - JUST THREATS
