I received two calls from this number. I answered the second time. The person sounded like someonewith a strong middle eastern accent. They told me I was about to be sued. I asked why and they continued to state that I had not paid back a payday loan in the amount of $**X. I replied, that I was looking at my bank balance sheet on line while speaking to them and that no one had sent, orwire transferred any money into my account. They then said that they don't have to verify the debt.I then said that if that is the case, then we are talking about Money Wire Transfer Fraud. I want to get to the bottom of this. Either my bank is lying to me about the wire transfer or the payday loan company is lying about sending the money. Either way, I can easily prove I have not received any money, so this is a serious crime of wire transfer fraud punishable by up to 20 years in the Federal Pen. I need to report this immediately to the FBI. They will need all the information you have concerning this issue.I need your name and your company address and best contact info. CLICK! This company has put me through so much stress this past week.  I contacted my attorney and he advised me to contact my local police department.  Which I did as soon as I could.  This is some B.S. fraud company.  Pay no attention to it. Dont let it ruin your life like it did stressing me out for the past week +

l got a message left today, june 16, 2011, lady with heavy foreign accent, sounded like office people in back ground, some law firm, told me and my retained lawyer to call back immediately, like whatever, nutcase...they also wished me good luck, sounded serious , lady couldn't*****ounce my name right, probably a scam...

This is an updated message from my first post yes****ay 06-09-2011.Today I received a message from Justin Brown from the Law Offices of Parker and Parker and please return my call at 646-481-2152. This Justin Brown says return my call ASAP and good luck. Also just about 15 minutes ago, I received 2 phone calls from my place of employment, in fact it was my physician I work with his office number. This person named Joshua Black said he was calling from my place of employment with an officer. He (Joshua Black also from Parker and Parker) said he worked with me. In no uncertain terms I told him hecwas lying and what department did we work in. Amazinlgly the call suddenly failed.

I have gotten many calls from this idiot using multiple names.  They harassed me so much one day that my Boss even talked to them.  They will not give me any information and while today it is Parker and Parker tomorrow the name will be so****ing else.  When they called last month they called themsevles US Law Office or so****ing.  Anyway complete scam, I have even sat quietly to listen to everything they are saying but they don't even make a point before the call ends and they ***g up on me.  I sure wish I could run into the idiot on the street...I got your payment BYATCH!

I get daily calls from this number saying I have 3 major charges a***nst me and that I need a lawyer. The person who leaves a message I believe is indian and says before anything bad happens to me call them so that this matter can be resolved.  They say the charges are a***nst my social security number but will not leave any information as to who is suing me. I am afraid to call and give any information as they are stating they will call my employer which is not allowed by company policy.

i am having so many problems with this. i get the heavy accent persons.. joshua black, Ari Milson so****ing and being told i am being sued from parker and parker 646-481-2152, with msg about wish you luck if you dont' call us back, REFUSE to share any information with me but have all of my info. also got calls from heavy accent folks from 132-005-1685, which obviously is fake and from 831-607-9214. i was called and F**king  B*&^%H and dont threaten them with the Better Buisness Bureau and ***g up on many times. But same story I owe supposedly cash advance of some sort.. but will not tell me company or where, just that i got the money and i didn't pay it back...PROBLEM, I never got any money.. TOTAL SCAMS don't pay them or give in.

This number called me multiple times and when i finally answered I thought it was another company trying to give me a payday loan. If you have filled out any loan info on the internet I believe this is where they are getting our information. They said I owed money and the were from the offices of Parker and Parker...if you google the law office its a bu***hit website, and that if I didnt pay back what I borrowed I would be sued. I had a voicemail from Robert Williams, and spoke to Kevin Walker, both of which had extremely heavy accents. Either way its bu***hit...don't pay anything

I know i am not being sued. i want it to stop now.
