They called and stated that I have money that I owe cashnet in the amount of $5,000.00 and that there are 3 criminal actions a***nst me, I did not verify if the ss# that they read was my or not. I told them that I had reported them and they ***g up on me.

An Ashley Brown, indian lady, called me 11 times today within a 45 minute timeframe.  I finally answered the phone asking what the h*** she wanted.  Very strong accent.  I can hardly understand her.  I asked her to fax me proof and she said she couldn't because the case hasnt been filed yet and i had a case in court tomorrow.  She threatened to have papers delivered to my house.  Ya ok.  I told her she the company probably wasnt licensed to collect in Texas.  That's when she s****ed getting mad and ***g up on me.

called me 3 times, told them to stop but they continue to call.. I'm going to report them to the authorities; they claim they are calling from a dept of law and invesitgation; there is no such valid place and upon checking found this article http://www.ripoffreport.com/legal-process-servers/department-of-law-an/department-of-law-and-investig-cw85d.htmthere was alot of noise in the background and the person calling has a strong accent; same things reporting in the article above. I think I will be notifying my bank and credit lines as well..

This phone number has been calling us for the last 5 months, they have my information, they say im being sued for a payday loan that I have NEVER received in my life, Ive applied and never taken the offer. They have called my cell phone, my house and my work harassing me and telling me that I wont ever find another job, but ive never received any paper do***entation about this and they have a strong thick accent, first the man s****ed off as a police officer named John Young, and then went to a Law firm in Texas. How did people get these people to stop calling?

He called me said i had taken money from cashnet and didnt return it and i was going to court on monday. He kept asking for my lawyer information and i told him i didnt have one and that he was a fraud. He did have my last four of my social but not sure what this is all about...

idk but they also called me (646-543-9185) saying theyre from the law & so****ing department; but they cant tell me the city or anything like that. they're stating that a complaint has been filed a***nst me or so****ing like that . The accent is very strong. They have called numerous times & its irritating. my dad said its a scam.
