Anonymous I received a text from this phone number with a ***ue messge. I was apprehensive to reply because I’ve heard of scams that try to get a person to reply or call. The message said “what’s the latest” I reported it as junk and deleted it. I suggest others to take precautions.

Its a SCAM Do NOT engage with these people. They are all liars and ****. You don't owe them anything. They got an Internet line to call you. The number they tell you to call is usually a NY number but they'll tell you they are in Washington DC. They say they are DC Corporate Law Offices. Yeah, right- in New York! ha ha I totally mess with them because they have the exact same script saying they are Jim Brown, Alex Brown, Walter Smith- whatever. You Do NOT owe them anything. They are most likely from India and you will barely be able to understand them. Mess around with them and then they will tell you that you are a "primary suspect" in a legal matter and that they will be calling your work and get you fired. I told him I'm my own boss and that I wouldn't be firing myself. What a joke! 9 months ago they got my number and I reported it to the FBI. This is the first they've called since I told them I reported them. If you get the call, I encourage you to go on the FBI website and report it. IT'S A SCAM. Don't fall for it. I called them 30x today and they are so aggravated with me. They actually told ME I was harassing them! I asked them how it felt. I'd c****e my voice with every call. Sometimes I'd say I worked there too. They are so frustrated and said "Don't Call Back! Ever!" Guess, I'm not the primary suspect. Ha HA! Will a***n be reporting to the FBI.

Anthony This number comes up as 0000 on my caller id, however they leave this phone number to contact. The same deal as Vickie and Eugenia. I called back and they were telling me that I owed money to a payday loan company. The problem is the ss number they said was mine, was actually my ***her's, and he passed away in 2008.

DM Received a call regarding a legal action brought towards me. Caller stated they were with DCA Law Firm. They knew the last 4 digits of my SSN and asked me to verify and I refused and asked what number they were calling from as their number came through as Out Of Area on my caller ID. Filed complaint with my local Sheriff's Department, FTC, put a fraud alert on my credit reports and spoke to an attorney today and he recommended filing a complaint at the federal level. I filed additional complaints with the Attorney General, the Do-Not-Call registry, NFIC and the FCC.

LaToya They called and stated that I have money that I owe cashnet in the amount of $5,000.00 and that there are 3 criminal actions a***nst me, I did not verify if the ss# that they read was my or not. I told them that I had reported them and they ***g up on me.
