Tried to “buy” something I had posted on Craigslist. Heavy Indian accent. I told him I only do cash meetup and he sent 10 texts pleading me to set up cash app and to ship the items. Would not take no for an answer, was very persistent. Wouldn't verify identity. Obviously a scam.

This number is fraud related, the IRS never makes phone calls if there's a problem with your taxes, they only send mail correspondence.
