Of course their signatures don't match current owner from court recorded do***ents. We fakely proceeded to close for them to send us wiring instructions. They texted - "How are you", and that was it. I found out that call came from New York City. I don't know anyone there, I don't have any business dealings there, and I do not recognize that phone number.
