He told my elderly mother that her Amazon account had been hacked but that he could help her unfreeze her account if she downloaded a Quick Support Viewer app to her phone and purchase a Google Security card where she input her credit card information which was then stolen by the scammers

I got a call from a some impersonating my son saying they are in jail asking we call her Lawyer, Tanner ***dford at 646-701-8816 to pay bail. When we called this number "Tanner" answered wanting me to provide personal information. They also made statements about me (an old address, etc) trying to ***n confidence and they ***g when I consulted with my partner they ***g up.
