I keep getting phone calls from this number based out New York, I think it's a telemarketer, he is VERY rude, sarcastic, and extremely aggressive, I think it's always the same person. When I call the number back it automatically disconnects, but I googled it and apparently there are more victims. He always demands to speak to the owner of the business I work for, I ask him not to call because this is an emergency dispatch line and he says "well this is a National Security issue" and when we say the owner is not here, he says stuff like "OK I know this is a very difficult question for you, but what is the name of the owner?" I always tell him I won't give him that info. But he usually keeps yelling and arguing.
