JL Did not answer. No message left. I called it back and it's a sales call from Charter. If you're not interested in signing up for cable/internet with Charter, don't answer. I am already a subscriber (in good standing - no past due bills so this was not a collection call) with them and since I've told them many times the services I already get are the only ones I want, I am definitely considering this spam.
